1. General Validity of Terms

We support multiple payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and USDT to ensure secure transactions.

2.2 Registration Information

• Registered users must accept these Terms. When registering, you must provide the following information:

• Email address

2.3 User Responsibilities

• When using our services, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You must not engage in any of the following:
• Any form of abuse, illegal activity, or fraud
• Any conduct that may damage or disrupt the normal operation of our network

A contract is formed when you place an order and purchase an eSIM through esim8.cc. The contract automatically terminates when the validity period of the purchased eSIM plan expires.

If you violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and cancel related services.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

• We support multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and USDT.

4.2 eSIM Delivery

• Purchased eSIMs will appear immediately on the "My eSIM" page of your account. You should activate them as soon as possible.

5. Refund, Cancellation, and Modification Policy

5.1 Refund or Replacement for Service Issues

• If an eSIM cannot be activated or used normally due to technical issues on our side, you are entitled to request a refund or replacement eSIM.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• You agree to cooperate with us in resolving the issue and provide device screenshots, error information, or other relevant evidence as requested. If you fail or refuse to cooperate, we will not issue a refund.

5.2 Plan Validity Period

• Each plan has a defined validity period. Once expired, any unused data, SMS, or voice allowance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.3 Special Circumstances

• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for charges arising from auxiliary devices, backup SIM cards, other providers, hotel phones, or any costs not directly related to your eSIM account with us.
• Fraudulent purchases: If there is evidence of abuse, violation of these Terms, or any fraudulent conduct, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
• Unauthorized purchases: If you suspect any unauthorized purchase, you must notify us immediately. During investigation, we may suspend the affected account.
• Accidental purchases: Once an eSIM is activated, it is deemed used and is non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Billing disputes: If you have a reasonable dispute regarding any charge, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of the charge with detailed explanation.

6. Privacy

We strictly protect user data. All user information is used only to perform the contract, provide services, and send product-related notices. You agree to receive marketing emails from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may notify us in writing.

7. Disclaimer

We are not liable in the following circumstances:

• Interruption of data transmission due to carrier equipment or network failures
• Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or terrorist attacks
• System failures caused by hacking or malware
• Connection failures due to user device malfunction or misconfiguration
• Issues caused by insufficient signal coverage (e.g., remote areas, underground, tunnels, at sea)

8. Service Management and Fair Use Policy

If you abuse the service or exhibit abnormal data consumption affecting other users, we reserve the right to restrict your usage.

You may not rent, resell, modify our services, or engage in reverse engineering, cracking, or similar activities.

If false orders, fraud, or similar misconduct is discovered, we reserve the right to clear account balances, restrict or disable accounts, and pursue legal remedies.

9. Liability and Warranties

We do not guarantee continuous network availability and are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by network unavailability.

You bear all risks arising from device compatibility issues, operational errors, and other factors. We assume no liability for such risks.

• You may not use our services to engage in any of the following:

• (b) Engage in activities including but not limited to: fraud or harassment schemes such as pyramid or Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, "get rich quick" plans, or certain multi-level marketing programs; infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights under applicable law; content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination; distribution or facilitation of certain pornographic materials or services; activities deemed by authorities as likely fraudulent or illegal; inducing or deceiving users through false statements, misleading information, or other improper means to install malicious code or grant full authorization;
• (c) Engage in any conduct that may adversely affect our interests.

10.3 Consequences of Violation

• If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited activities or otherwise violated these Terms, we may take any of the following measures to protect us, our customers, and third parties without liability:
• (a) Terminate this user agreement, restrict your account, and/or immediately close or suspend your account;
• (b) Refuse to provide you with an account now or in the future; restrict your access to websites, software, and systems operated by or on behalf of us (including networks and servers used to provide our services);
• (c) You shall be liable for all claims, fees, fines, penalties, and other liabilities incurred by us, any of our customers, or any third party due to your violation of these Terms or use of our services.

11. Amendments and Notices

We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or delete these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on our official website and take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
